What is the maximum speed?
The standard maximum speed is set by the manufacturer to 35 km/h — the recommended value for safe operation. On customer request we adjust this limit at no extra cost: depending on wheel size, the top speed can be raised up to 45–55 km/h.
How do I charge the golf cart?
Every KleverWheels golf cart comes with a built-in universal charger and a charging cable in the box. One end of the cable plugs into the cart's dedicated charging port; the other end has a standard US 5-15R plug for 110V outlets. The onboard charger is fully universal — it supports both 110V and 220V — so you can charge from a regular 110V household outlet, or (recommended, if available) from a 220V outlet for noticeably faster charging and better energy efficiency. To use a 220V outlet you just need an inexpensive adapter from a 6-15P plug (the standard US 220V type) to a 5-15R receptacle.
How far can I go on a single charge?
With the included 5 kWh battery you can expect about 30–40 km on a single charge in real-world conditions. Actual range depends on load (passengers and cargo), terrain (hills and rough surfaces reduce range), and top speed — the faster you drive, the shorter the range.
Can I test drive Used KleverOro-4 — Excellent Condition (Lithium Battery, Lifted) before buying?
Yes. Test drives are available by appointment at our La Romana (near La Tiendita) warehouse. In some cases, Casa de Campo test drives can also be coordinated.
Do you offer battery upgrades for this model?
This model comes with a fixed battery configuration and does not use 5 / 7.5 / 10 kWh upgrade packages.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Dominican Republic. Delivery is free in La Romana and La Altagracia, and paid in other regions based on location.
What warranty and service are included?
Selected products include up to 5 years limited warranty. We also provide mobile on-site service and parts support across DR.
