Contact Form — when you submit an inquiry, we collect: full name, WhatsApp number or email address, your location (optional), topic of inquiry, golf cart model of interest (optional), preferred contact method, and message content.
Rental Booking Inquiry — we collect: pick-up location, pick-up date and time, drop-off date and time.
Rental Contract (collected offline / by email) — for the rental agreement: full legal name, phone number, email address, passport or ID photo (required by Dominican Republic law), billing address.
3.2 Data collected automatically
Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) — our website uses Google Analytics (GTM ID: GTM-N5M6B3M) to collect anonymous usage statistics: pages visited and time spent, device and browser information, approximate geographic location, referral source, scroll depth and engagement metrics. Your IP address is anonymized before storage. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
Server Logs — our hosting provider automatically records technical logs including IP address, date/time of visit, pages requested, and browser/OS information. Used solely for security and troubleshooting.
